Paula Method Fundamentals

Friday mornings, 10:30-11:30 am
September 14th to November 16th 2018

Wednesday evenings, 5:30-6:30 pm
September 5th to November 14th 2018

This class teaches the basic exercises of the Paula Method for overall well-being, and guides you towards developing healthy movement skills. You will reconnect with your natural breathing patterns, learn tools for better posture, and understand how breathing and posture affects back, abdomen, and pelvic floor health. You will also learn exercises to improve coordination and focus.

*No class on Halloween, October 31st  

Group size maximum of 4 people. Duration of 10 weeks.

Advanced Paula Method for women

Wednesday mornings, 10:30-11:30 am
September 5th to November 14th 2018

This class is for continuing and advanced students of the Paula Method. Each lesson will focus on relevant subjects for women’s health and well-being. Some of the subjects are pelvic floor and abdomen, posture and back, breathing and digestion.

*No class on Halloween, October 31st  

Group size maximum of 4 people. Duration of 10 weeks.

The Freedom to Move

Thursday mornings, 9:00-10:00 am
September 13th to november 14th 2018

Wednesday evenings, 6:30-7:30 pm
September 5th to November 14th 2018

This class is for advanced students of the Paula Method. It will deepen your ability to practice spontaneous movement, increasing your confidence in allowing your body to guide your practice.

*No class on Halloween, October 31st

Quick and Dynamic Paula Practice

Wednesday mornings, 9:30-10:30 am
September 5th to November 14th 2018

Thursday evenings, 6:30-7:30 pm
September 13th to November 15th 2018

This class is for all levels and is intended to increase strength and flexibility. In this class, exercises are practiced in a quick and dynamic way. You’ll develop better posture, stronger abs, back, legs and arms, and you’ll maximize your pelvic floor strength. This class is energizing and uplifting.

Group size maximum of 4 people. Duration of 10 weeks.

Paula Method for Men

Saturday mornings, 9:30-10:30 am
September 15th to November 17th 2018

This class focuses on men’s health and physical well-being. You’ll learn exercises you can practice on your own during normal daily activities. These exercises will strengthen the body, protecting your back, joints and abs. 

Group size maximum of 4 people. Duration of 10 weeks.

Paula Method for back health

Monday mornings, 10:30-11:30 am
September 10th to November 12th 2018

Monday Evenings, 5:30-6:30 pm
September 10th to November 12th 2018

This class focuses on back and posture. Exercising the muscles that contribute to back health, strength, and flexibility, while avoiding injuries and improving posture. This class is open for both men and women.

Group size maximum of 4 people. Duration of 10 weeks.

Prenatal Paula Method

Saturday mornings, 10:30-11:30 pm
September 15th to November 17th 2018

This class will teach you how the body works best at each stage of birth, and how you can assist your body during that process in the gentlest and most accurate way. You’ll be able to be present, active and connected to your body in the best way possible, and leave your birth team in awe with the way you give birth. Along this course, we’ll also cover other subjects relevant to pregnancy like heartburn, nausea, back pain, posture, edema, and incontinence. Practicing the Paula Method during pregnancy helps the body heal and restore quickly after childbirth.

Post-Partum Paula Method

Tuesday evenings, 6:30-7:30 pm
September 11th to November 13th 2018

Give yourself the gentle love and attention you need after childbirth. Bring your baby and join other new moms in learning how to restore the body with exercises you can practice all throughout the day: while nursing, lying in bed, walking and attending to your baby. The Paula Method will help you heal your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles in the most effective and lasting way.
The bonus of this course is Paula Baby Massage, which helps moms with common infant health issues.

Advanced Pelvic Floor and core Practice

Tuesday mornings 10:00-11:00 am
September 11th to November 13th 2018

Monday evenings, 6:30-7:30 pm
September 10th to November 12th 2018

This class is for continuing student only.  We will practice the pelvic floor and core muscles mostly, but not only. This class is an excellent addition to your individual practice to expand pelvic floor practice, and give this important part of your body some additional attention and care. 

Group size maximum of 4 people. Duration of 10 weeks.
