Paula Method Fundamentals - Group Class

This class teaches the basic exercises of the Paula Method for overall well-being, and guides you towards developing healthy movement skills. You will reconnect with your natural breathing patterns, learn tools for better posture, and understand how breathing and posture affects back, abdomen, and pelvic floor health. You will also learn exercises to improve coordination and focus.
