Give yourself the gentle love and attention you need after childbirth. Bring your baby and join other new moms in learning how to restore the body with exercises you can practice all throughout the day: while nursing, lying in bed, walking and attending to your baby. The Paula Method will help you heal your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles in the most effective and lasting way.
The bonus of this course is Paula Baby Massage, which helps moms with common infant health issues.
